Visit Japan Web is a service that allows you to perform arrival procedures “immigration “, “customs”, and “Tax-free shopping service”
The Visit Japan Web app is recommended but not mandatory for travelers to Japan. It replaces the paper arrival card
and customs declaration with a digital process, requiring about 15 minutes to complete.
